We install, maintain and repair air conditioning and refrigeration systems working
with clients in different sectors. If there are any other aspects of your organisation
that you feel we could help you with, then please don’t hesitate to contact us.
As our client we will work closely with you to find the most efficient and cost effective way to achieve your goal with minimal disruption to your organisation.
Our bespoke installation packages cover:
- The installation of new systems from leading manufacturers
- Moving your existing systems
- Disposing of your old systems responsibly
We can carry out an in-depth site survey or work with site plans to identify the type, size and most appropriate manufacturer of system required. We’ll then provide a competitive quote with full details of the proposed work,
including aspects such as electrical requirements, access, timescales and costs.
Before commencing any installation work, a full risk assessment will be carried out, appropriate method statements will be provided and any necessary permits to work will be obtained.
Upon completion of the installation a commissioning report will be provided, along with the necessary operating manuals. We also give a personal demonstration of how to use the system to put you in full control.
Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) is essential to keep all air-conditioning and refrigeration systems working effectively. It also significantly reduces the risk of complete system failure before it occurs.
Regular PPM visits carried out on your existing systems will:
- preserve the system by identifying worn components to be replaced
- increase life expectancy to its full potential
- increase energy efficiency and productivity
- reduce the need for emergency repairs
- ensure that as a client you comply with the most current F-gas regulations
- most importantly – it helps to reduce your costs!
Our bespoke PPM packages include the initial site survey to determine the type and number of systems, and the agreed number of PPM visits each year. We’ll then provide a competitive quote for the series of detailed checks
and thorough cleaning that will be performed during the visit. All visits are pre-arranged for dates and times that work best for you this might be out of hours, over school holidays or during shut downs.
Upon completion of the visit a PPM report will be provided, this will summarise the work completed and recommend any necessary further repair work.
Because our PPM packages give us a chance to get to know your systems and ensure that they are maintained to a high standard, we offer all clients with PPM packages a 24/7 repair service.
Our repair service (9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday) provides full support for unexpected faults, system breakdowns and emergency situations. Having local engineers fully equipped with mobile phone, transport, tools, technical information, and specialist stock means that when it matters to you most, we can respond quickly and get you up and running as soon as possible.
For clients with a PPM package, our repair service is available 24/7, it comes with a guaranteed response time and there will be no call out fee, however, the minimum call out charge will be 1 hour at the appropriate labour rate.
Upon completion of the repair, a job report will provide details of the work completed and the materials used.
